1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using I'm Fine! ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

I'm Fine! is a safety-signaling application that allows users to quickly communicate their safety status to circles of family, friends, and teams. Users can send "Fine" or "Not Fine" signals, participate in safety check-ins, and designate emergency contacts.

3. Not an Emergency Service

I'm Fine! is NOT a replacement for emergency services (911, 112, or local equivalents). In case of immediate danger, always contact your local emergency services first. The App does not guarantee signal delivery, and should not be relied upon as your sole means of emergency communication.

4. Account & Conduct

You may create one account using your phone number or email. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You must not abuse the service, send false emergency signals, harass other users, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of the App are the property of I'm Fine! and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or successful delivery of signals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service. You may delete your account at any time through the Privacy & Security settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification.
